Peiran began his career in healthcare recruitment, where he built a strong record supporting senior‑executive searches and managing high‑touch mandates in the RAQA and GVP space. This foundation equipped him with the ability to partner closely with both clients and candidates, offering tailored and strategic consultative support.

Now coming back to the Medical Device industry after gaining experience in the engineering field, Peiran is expanding his expertise to the entire Medical Device industry, supporting strategic business transformation as Medical Device and Digital Health Japan Market Specialist.

Hobbies / Something Personal

Peiran enjoys exploring new restaurants and cool bars/ Izakayas with friends. He is also a fan of travelling, movies and music. When he gains too much weight, he prefers to burn off the extra calories by training in kickboxing.
