Jon is Managing Director & co-founder of Atikus Consulting, holding responsibility for Enterprise Technology mid-career recruiting operations in Japan as well as Atikus Consulting’s business strategy formulation and execution.

Atikus Consulting Enterprise Technology specialises in 4 markets: Business Analytics, Machine Learning, CyberSecurity, and Data Platforms. Candidates we partner with generally work in sales, pre-sales, marketing, professional services or leadership positions.

Years of experience / background

Jon has 17 total years of international work experience across Tokyo, Beijing, and Boston. Over 12 years of Technology recruiting experience in the Japan market.

 

Prior to co-founding Atikus Consulting, Jon was the Managing Partner for Enterprise Technology at a mid-sized executive search firm in Tokyo. Before that, Jon grew and managed an award-winning regional Talent Acquisition team at Cisco Systems Japan from 2011-2014. Jon started his career at two executive search multinationals in Japan.

 

Jon is originally from Boston and graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Massachusetts.

経歴・バックグラウンド

ボストン生まれ。マサチューセッツ大学を主席で卒業。アジアで14年間勤務。東京でテクノロジー業界のリクルーティング経験を10年以上持つ。 アティカスコンサルティング設立前、東京でエンタープライズテクノロジーを専門に扱う中規模エクゼクティブサーチ会社のマネージングパートナーを務める。2011年から2014年、シスコシステムズジャパンで国内タレントアクイジションチームを率い、社内表彰を受ける。グローバルなエクゼクティブサーチ会社2社でキャリアをスタートさせた。

業績・功績

シスコシステムズ合同会社でベスト人事採用チームのマネージャーとして表彰歴あり。 Pacific Associates Limited（現PAL株式会社）で数億円規模のリクルーティングチームを率いる。 初めて入社したリクルーティング会社で「新人賞」を受賞。

 

趣味・個人について

日本語検定１級、漢字検定２級保持。母国語は英語。北京で中国語を学ぶ。タレントアクイジション、チームビルディング、テクノロジーの他、音楽に情熱を注ぐ。
